We are straightforward about what we do. We quote larger jobs in writing before starting, and for small jobs and emergency calls we explain the work and next steps before we begin. We issue Certificates of Electrical Safety for notifiable work and test every circuit before it goes live. Standards and safety

Electrical work is licensed work in Victoria — it is not a DIY job, and it is not a handyman job. Everything we do is to the current Australian and Victorian wiring rules, and notifiable work comes with a Certificate of Electrical Safety so you have a record that it was done by a licensed electrician and tested before it went live. We use quality materials, we do not cut corners on cable sizing or RCD protection, and we leave the site tidy. Safety switches, smoke alarms, and switchboards are the areas where we see the most avoidable risk in older Sale homes, and bringing them up to standard is a big part of what we do. If we find something unsafe during a job — an uncovered cable, a board with no RCD, a non-compliant smoke alarm — we will tell you straight and quote the fix.

Our patch

Wellington Shire, with Sale as the hub: Sale, Wurruk, Longford, Stratford, Maffra, Rosedale, Heyfield and Yarram. We do not cover the Latrobe Valley — Traralgon, Morwell and the rest are a different site. The network across our patch is AusNet, and there is no reticulated gas on most rural blocks, which shapes how we plan power for rural properties.
